"After a subpar experience with another mobile auto detailer on the Eastside, I was hesitant to try another mobile detailing service, but Loves Auto Salon came so highly recommended, I decided to try them.

Signing up for an appointment over Facebook was fast and easy, I was able to get an appointment right away. When my appointment came, they arrived on-time and were extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly.

As for the work itself, I couldn't be happier. They provided one of the most thorough, fastidious details I've ever received. As someone who is extremely particular about their car care, I can't recommend Love's highly enough!

"What an amazing mobile detail experience! Found out about these guys through word of mouth and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Scheduling was super easy and all handled over text, the full price sheet was disclosed in advance (and I should note the pricing is fair).

On the day of the appointment they showed up on time (and I was given an update with an ETA when they were on their way) with their own supplies and got to work in my driveway. They helpfully took all the random things out of the car and consolidated into a box for me to look at once the job was done. The full interior and exterior detail + pet hair removal took about 3.5 hours for my midsize SUV, and once complete they were also very patient to wait for my meeting to be done so I could come down to inspect the final product and handle payment.

Overall an excellent job and I will not hesitate to use them again and 
refer to anybody who needs a detail."

"Working with Angelica was excellent! They arrived at my place the following Tuesday after I sent a message to Angelica on a Sunday asking for the earliest appointment. The professionalism and promptness of Angelica's responses were exceptional. I never had to wait a long time to have my concerns and questions addressed. They provided a very educated and professional service. I give you a plus one for being well-versed in European autos. Ask them about their cars!
Regarding the detail itself, I was extremely pleased with the result. In my opinion, the price was more than fair considering the excellent service I received. No worries at all if you don't have access to a water source because Love's Auto Salon has all of their own tools and even their own water supply! Additionally, they were upfront about my 20-year-old car's shortcomings. For instance, my insulation heat pad under the hood is in poor condition, and I added the engine bay service. They told me the pad was barely tearing apart and there was only so much they could do to clean it without causing more damage from the car being almost 20 years old. Instead of leaving me scratching my head over why this issue wasn't properly handled, the honesty went a long way.
I researched all the nearby Eastside mobile and in-house detailers but ultimately chose Love's Auto Salon. They can anticipate hearing from me in the future regarding additional appointments."
